I'm trying to make a winter soldier cosplay. Would you explain me the process and materials that you used to made the articulated arm? (I want to move my arm -_- because the last time i tried to made the arm it was a mess and a disaster, really disaster...)
PS: My cousin is making a loki's cosplay, which tutorials could you recomended her?
Sorry if i annoy you, i only want to do a good cosplay...and you are the best by far *^*

Honestly what I did for both was just a ton of research. When I started Loki I had no idea what I was doing and I just researched for hours at a time and watched every tutorial I could get my hands on. I've changed laptops since then so I don't have any links for anything but seriously just googling and youtubing different cosplay tutorials helped me with figuring out ways to create parts of the costume without having to rely on just one tutorial or one method. For the arm i just winged it because I couldn't find any proper tutorials, there was no real process, but I used thermo plastics and professional resin. But I don't think I'd recommend it because it's easily damaged and it can get really pricey! Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I have to say, I'm extremely impressed. That has got to be the best Loki cos-play I've seen to date. As the former room-mate of a costume designer (and chronic cos-player) I'm well aware how much labour can go into the more elaborate costumes (and have leant my hand in such production on occasion). The dedication and attention to detail that clearly went into that costume, it was quite obviously a labour of love.

This is the best comment I've received! Thank you so much, it means a whole lot to hear that. Because I did put 150% effort into the costume and I did my very best on it. It was my first cosplay so I really wanted to dive in head first so I'm extremely excited that people seem to enjoy it! Thank you so very much for the comment! It made my day. :)

I don't think anyone would guess from seeing the photos that this was your first cosplay, it was certainly an ambitious choice for a first try. I know I went with something simpler for my first cosplay.
And glad I made your day, I meant every word of it. :)

I knew it would be very ambitious of me but I always like to challenge myself and I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I knew i would have to teach myself all of these new methods. But thank you very very much.
