that is the BEST Loki cosplay I have ever seen. Not only that, I've seen people cosplay as Stuttgard Loki, and "regular clothes" Loki-- the oufit he wore most of the time in Avengers--But you have GOD Loki,, his most elaborate outfit, and its amazing!!! This God outfit is Loki's most elaborate, detailed look, and its sooooo hard to pull off. You did this spot on to the movie!!!! Its so accurate!!!! I envy you so bad....GUH I envy youuuuuuuu. How much time and money did you spend on this?

Oh wow, thank you for this compliment! This full battle armor look was by far my favorite and I didn't want to settle for anything less(even though I do and will make other Loki cosplays), I wanted this one to be my first. It was my first cosplay EVER, actually. But thank you, I worked VERY hard on this. It took about a little over four months and around $1200-$1300 to complete, I believe. A lot of it was trail and error but overall I'm happy with the result! Thanks again!

DAMN you did an amazing job for your first time, its better than veteran cosplayers! I imagine the cost would be high. What materials did you use for the armour? If I were you, I'd keep that costume on a mannequin on display in my room, as an art piece LOL

Thank you so much! It was very challenging but that's the best way to learn a skill, I think. You just have to dive in and do it. The armor is several materials but mostly a thermo-plastic material called Wonderflex with lots of detail added. It's sturdy though. And it's hanging up somewhere special, don't you worry. ;) Hopefully I'll be able to take a lot more photos in it!

I would love more photos! Your cosplay inspires me to make a costume too. I've never had much money due to student loans, so that hinders the quality of my limited cosplays, but its just so cool to see yours and I can just imagine feeling so powerful in that cosplay.

I won't lie, you feel pretty badass, lol! I wore it on Halloween and to the Renaissance Festival here and everyone LOVED it. It was so much fun. You should totally pick a costume and just go for it. Save up or cut some corners, there are products out there that are not that expensive! And the internet is full of tutorials on how to do things like armor and it's a learning process but it's so much fun. You can totally do it! If I could do it then so can you! You just have to stick with it and not get frustrated!

were people shouting at you "LOKI!"? If they did, did you do some one-liners for them? I think I first need a sewing machine to pull of a great cosplay, and I have a tiny ass room, so where to even put it? You should totally go to Thor 2 premier dressed like that, if your theaters allow for that kind of thing (things could have changed after the Batman shooting this year)

YES. And girls were screaming and running over to pose with me. It was hilarious. I could barely walk anywhere without people pulling me aside for photos. I had to take the helmet off eventually and carry it so people wouldn't see them and stop me, lol. I'll totally go to the premier dressed like that, I'll find a theater that would allow it!
